Holiday Hot Nuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. (about 7 oz.) whole almonds, 1 1/4 c. (about 5 oz.) pecan halves, 1 c. (about 4 oz.) walnut halves, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, toss nuts with oil. In a small bowl, combine all spices except salt.
Add the spices to nuts, tossing nuts to cover evenly with spices.
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with salt.
Makes about 3 cups.
