Holiday Fruitcake
Holiday Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ready-to-mix borden mincemeat, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped, 1 c. (8 oz.) candied fruit, chopped and 1 (13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put package of mincemeat, broken, with 1/2 cup water and boil briskly for 1 minute.
Combine the mincemeat, nuts, candied fruit, sweetened condensed milk and egg.
Stir in flour and baking soda; pour into a loaf pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until center comes back when lightly touched.
