Holiday Eggnog
Holiday Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg yolks, 2 c. sugar, 1 pt. bourbon, 1 c. rum and 1 c. brandy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick.
Gradually add the liquors, stirring constantly.
Blend in the cream and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff and peaks are formed.
Gently fold into eggnog.
Turn into punch bowl, cover and chill.
To serve, ladle eggnog into punch cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.
