Holiday Easy Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 butter pecan cake mix (betty crocker), 1 tub ready to spread pecan frosting, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients (yes including the frosting) in a large bowl and mix well. Generously oil or use nonstick cooking spray, a 9 x 13 cake pan or use a Bundt pan.
Bake until done or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with Cool Whip, if desired.
