Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef (about 3/4 c., finely snipped), 2 tbsp. instant minced onion and 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend cream cheese and milk.
Stir in dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper; mix well.
Stir in sour cream.
