Holiday Delight Pie
Holiday Delight Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8-inch) baked pie shell, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. grated orange rind, 1/2 lb. marshmallows and 2 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place marshmallows and milk in top of a double boiler.
Heat over hot water until marshmallows are melted.
Chill.
Meanwhile, put the cranberries through a food chopper and drain off the juice.
Fold the cranberries and the orange rind into the chilled marshmallow mixture and pour into the pie shell.
Top with whipped cream, if so desired.
