Holiday Delight
Holiday Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 large pkg. instant pistachio pudding and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, mix first 3 ingredients together.
Blend in Cool Whip gently and thoroughly.
Chill at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.
May also be frozen and served like that.
The pale green color makes it a nice treat for the holidays.
