Holiday Delight
Holiday Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) angel food cake, 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 2 (9 oz.) cartons whipped topping and 1 large can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crumble cake in bottom of dish.
Mix pudding and milk together and blend in 1 carton of whipped cream topping.
Pour over cake. Spoon crushed pineapple over mixture.
Sprinkle with pecans. Spread other carton of whipped topping and then sprinkle coconut all over.
