Holiday Cheese Ball
Holiday Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften cheese at room temperature; cream and gradually add pineapple (well drained) until smooth.
Add pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup pecans.
Mix well.
Chill mixture several hours and then form into one large or 2 small balls.
