Holiday Casserole
Holiday Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked macaroni, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup, 1 c. milk, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare macaroni according to directions on package; drain. Combine soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted.
Mix macaroni, cheese sauce, green pepper, onion and black pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Arrange luncheon meat on top of casserole.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 30 minutes.
