Holiday Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1-1/2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 2 c. all purpose flour and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend butter and sugar until very light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating one minute after each addition.
Fold in flour, vanilla and candied fruit.
Line a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil.
Pour in batter, bake at 325Β° for one hour and 45 minutes.
