Blend eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
Brown sausage and cube.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass pan (or 2-quart casserole). Make 3 layers: bread, cheese and sausage.
Pour well mixed egg mixture over top (add more milk to cover bread).
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
