Mix together milk, egg, oil and vanilla.
Set aside.
Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to milk mixture.
(Use one of the last four ingredients or your own flavor.)
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until done.
