Holeless Doughnuts
Holeless Doughnuts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. milk, 4 egg yolks, beaten and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Add butter, flour and beaten egg yolks.
Mix until smooth.
Let rise 3 hours.
Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat.
(I use Fry Daddy.)
Fry until brown.
Put on paper towel to drain off fat.
Take cool doughnut; put in a bag with sugar and shake until coated.
Cinnamon can be added to sugar in shake bag for some of doughnuts.
