Hoedown Taters
Hoedown Taters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 hot baked irish potatoes, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded kraft sharp cheddar cheese, 1 c. dairy sour cream, 1/4 c. margarine and 6 crisply cooked bacon slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out centers leaving 1/8-inch shell.
Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream and margarine.
Mix until blended.
