Hobos

Shape the hamburger into 4 patties and place each patty on a square of aluminum foil.

Place 1 potato and 1 carrot around each patty and spread catsup over patties.

Place 1 onion slice on each patty.

Fold the foil over and seal ends.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
