Hobo'S Supper is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 slices large onion (1/3-inch thick), 3 to 4 slices large potato (1/3-inch thick), salt, pepper and 1 large hamburger patty, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Season onions and potatoes with salt and pepper.
Place onions and potatoes on a square foot greased foil.
Lay hamburger patty on top.
Season hamburger.
Seal foil tightly and cook in 325Β° oven for at least 1 1/2 hours.
