Hobo Dinner
Hobo Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with sirloin patty (lean meat), uncooked white potato, sliced, 2 tbsp. lea & perrins worcestershire sauce, onion slice and carrot pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put the patty on a piece of heavy foil.
Put uncooked potato on top.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Put onion slice on top of this.
Place carrot pieces and green pepper around it. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
