Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil.
Place 1 meat pattie, 1 slice of onion, sliced potatoes and sliced carrots on each piece of foil.
Wrap and place in a 425Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Open each packet and put in 2 tablespoons butter.
Melt and serve.
