"Hobo Dinner"
"Hobo Dinner" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 beef patties, 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up, salt and pepper, 1 can corn and 1 can peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut 4 square pieces of foil and place patties.
Layer the following
1 slice onion, 5 to 6 slices of potatoes, spoonfuls of corn and peas and a pat of butter.
Twist shut tight.
Make all 4 foil packages and bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes.
