Hillbilly Casserole
Hillbilly Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. creamettes, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 to 2 onions, chopped, 1 can cream-style corn and velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook and drain Creamettes.
Brown beef, move to side of pan and saute onions.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Mix beef and onions.
Put layer of macaroni (about half) in bottom, then layer beef and onions.
Pour half can of corn over layers.
Then add layer of cheese over this.
Repeat all layers.
Pour can of tomato soup over top.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 60 minutes.
Serves 6.
