Hi Ho Chicken
Hi Ho Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite size pieces, 2/3 c. slivered almonds, 2 cubes oleo, 3 cans cream of celery or chicken soup and 1 pt. sour cream or yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together soup, sour cream, almonds and 1 tube crackers. Put chicken in greased baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over top. Melt oleo and add the other 2 tubes of crackers.
Mix and sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° until golden brown.
