Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Beat milk and peanut butter smooth. Add egg, Bisquick and vanilla; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet for 6 to 8 minutes.
When they come out of oven, immediately put chocolate Kiss on top and push it in.
