Hershey Fudge
Hershey Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine and cook cocoa, sugar, salt and milk over medium heat; stirring constantly until it reaches 232° or soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Leave alone until temperature drops to 110°.
Stir and beat candy until it begins to loose its gloss.
Pour into buttered dish.
Let harden.
