Herring Antipasto
Herring Antipasto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) jar herring in wine sauce, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 medium red onion, chopped, 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe black olives and 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain and cut herring into small pieces.
Place in bowl.
Add green pepper, onions, olives and artichokes.
Add chili sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Serve plain or with crackers or cocktail bread.
This is very colorful in a clear glass bowl.
