Beat eggs, sugar and oil with mixer.
Stir Herman, soda, salt, flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, raisins and 1/2 cup nuts or walnut flavoring together with a spoon.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or two loaf pans.
