Herbed Rice
Herbed Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 1 chicken or beef bouillon cube, 3/4 c. long grain rice, 1 stalk celery, chopped and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat water and bouillon cube.
Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 14 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
