Herbed Linguine
Herbed Linguine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. salt, 1/2 c. olive oil or more if needed, 6 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 2 tbsp. dried thyme, 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic and fresh thyme sprigs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring 8-quarts water to boil; add 2 tablespoons salt and linguine.
Cook until pasta is al dente, tender but still firm to the bite.
(Fresh pasta will cook quickly in 2 to 3 minutes, dried pasta will take about 10 minutes.)
Drain and transfer to large bowl.
Toss with 1/2 cup olive oil.
