Herbed Chicken
Herbed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves (boneless), salt and pepper, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 c. sauterne (white cooking wine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
Brown slowly in butter using heavy skillet.
Remove breast and arrange skin side up on baking dish.
Add soup to skillet drippings and slowly stir in Sauterne. When smooth, add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
Pour sauce over chicken; cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with white rice (4 to 6 servings).
