Herbed Cheese Spread
Herbed Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, 2 tbsp. minced chives and 2 tbsp. minced fresh chervil or 1/4 tsp. dried chervil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the parsley, chives, chervil, garlic, tarragon and lemon-pepper; mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
