Herbed Biscuits

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Cut in shortening and butter with pastry cutter or fingertips until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Add milk and herbs and stir until mixture forms ball.

Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness.
Using a 3-inch round cutter, cut out biscuits.
