Herbal Vinegar
Herbal Vinegar is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white vinegar and 1/4 c. chives or 1/4 c. dill weed or 1/2 tsp. tarragon or 1/3 c. mint or 1/2 tsp. basil or 10 oz. raspberries, strained to 3/4 cup juice plus 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Shake the vinegar plus one of the other ingredients; refrigerate 4 days.
Strain.
You may add a sprig of fresh dill or mint if appropriate.
Bottle and refrigerate.
