Herb Taters
Herb Taters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 baking potatoes, 1 bell pepper, salt, black pepper and 4 tbsp. (heaping) chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Peel or scrub potatoes.
Slice each potato diagonally into thin slices down to about 1/2-inch of the bottom.
Use a knife, laying alongside your potato to stop your cut from going all the way through your potato.
Put into baking dish; open slices slightly. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 425Β° for about 40 minutes.
Remove.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Before serving, put bacon bits and green onions.
