Herb Rice
Herb Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. diced onion, 1 c. uncooked rice, 3 or more tbsp. margarine, 1/2 tsp. marjoram and 1/2 tsp. summer savory, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine in a skillet and add onions and rice.
Stir constantly until rice and onions are yellow.
Put in rice pot and add marjoram, summer savory, rosemary and salt.
Either use chicken stock liquid or dissolve 3 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
Add to rice mixture.
Cook as for regular rice.
