Heloise's Olive Nut Spread
Heloise'S Olive Nut Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. chopped salad olives and 2 tbsp. olive juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mash softened cream cheese with a fork.
Add mayonnaise. Blend well.
Stir in pecans, olives, juice and dash of pepper. Mix well.
Refrigerate.
It will be firmer and of spreading consistency after it is refrigerated for a few hours.
Serve spread with party rye bread.
Makes 2 cups.
