Mix sugar and flour in large bowl.
In saucepan mix butter, shortening, cocoa and water.
Bring to boil, pour mix over flour and sugar.
Add soda, buttermilk, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs and salt.
Pour over greased baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Pan size is 18 x 12 x 1-inch.
