Heavenly Rice
Heavenly Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 3/4 c. minute rice, 1 can crushed pineapple, 8 oz. small marshmallows and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring water to a boil; add rice to water and stir.
Let set 5 minutes.
Add pineapple, drained well and marshmallows; stir.
Let set for 1 1/2 hours.
Whip whipping cream. Fold all together and chill.
