Heavenly Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers (crumbs) and 1 c. pecan pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
Add sugar; fold in baking powder and cracker crumbs.
Add vanilla and pecans. Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan.
