Heavenly Jello
Heavenly Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweet and condensed milk (borden), 1 can creamed milk, 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail and 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (knox), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend all 3 milks together (in blender).
Boil water, then add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add gelatin mix to the blender. Blend thoroughly.
Drain juice from cocktail fruit.
In a glass container (rectangular dish), layer the fruit cocktail.
Then take the mixed milk and pour over fruit cocktail.
Refrigerate for about 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
