Heavenly Hash
Heavenly Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. plain gelatin, 1 c. cold water or pineapple juice, 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put gelatin in bowl and pour water or juice over it.
Let soak a few minutes.
Pour boiling water in bowl and stir until completely dissolved.
Add cut up marshmallows; stir until dissolved.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Set in cold place until thick, then add 1 cup nuts, 1 cup mayo, 2 packages cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple.
Store in fridge for 8 hours.
Serves 12.
