Heavenly Fillets
Heavenly Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fish fillets, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place fillets in single layer on well-greased baking platter. Brush with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Broil fish 4 inches from source of heat for 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture.
Broil 2 more minutes or until browned lightly.
Makes 6 servings.
