Heavenly Cheese Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. syrup from pineapple, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatin in water, add syrup, gradually add gelatin mixture to mayonnaise and blend well.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in pineapple and cheese.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
