Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
Spread saltine crackers in single layer in pan.
Melt butter and sugar, boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and bake 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and spread chocolate chips over crackers and when melted spread and let cool.
