Heath Bars
Heath Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with saltine crackers, 2 sticks real butter, 1 c. white sugar, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line cookie sheet with foil.
Cover foil with rows of saltine crackers.
Cook together butter and white sugar for 3 minutes or until foamy.
Pour over crackers and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
Watch closely; it will burn easily.
Melt in microwave 1 bag of milk chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons Crisco.
Mix in 1 cup chopped nuts and spread with spoon over baked mixture.
Cool in refrigerator and cut into squares.
