Heath Bar Cookies
Heath Bar Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with graham cracker squares, 2 sticks butter (not oleo), 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Line a jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch) with foil.
Place graham cracker squares close together to cover bottom of pan.
Boil together the butter, brown sugar and pecans for a couple of minutes.
Pour over crackers and spread smooth.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over top.
Spread with spatula as they melt.
May have to melt chips in oven for a few minutes. Let set until cool, then put in refrigerator.
When cold, break into pieces after lifting foil with cookie mixture out of pan.
