Hearty Salmon
Hearty Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick), 2/3 c. thin sliced onion, 2 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes and 1/4 tsp. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease baking pan.
Place fish on bed of onions in prepared pan.
Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper and parsley.
Spread mixture over fish.
Combine wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables and fish. Cover pan with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon slices.
