Heart of Palms
Heart Of Palms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 - 14 oz. can of hearts of palm, 3/4 c. fresh parmesan, grated, 3 tbsp. green onions, chopped, 1/2 c. mayonnaise (lite works well) and 1/2 c. sour cream (lite works well), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and chop hearts of palm. Set aside 1 Tbsp. parmesan.
Combine all other ingredients, mix well.
Spread into shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove and mix again.
Serve as a dip or spread on crackers, bread or pita bread.
