Hazelnut Muffins
Hazelnut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 2/3 c. chopped nuts, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 5 (3 1/2-inch) muffin pans or 12 (2 1/2-inch) cups. In large cooking bowl, stir the flour, 2/3 cup nuts, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In medium mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk and oil.
Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture.
Stir just until moist.
Put into muffin pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Can be frosted if you want.
