Hazel'S Alabama Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sour cream or 1 c. buttermilk, 1 can creamed corn (17 oz. size), 1/2 c. crisco oil and 1 c. self-rising corn meal or 2 pkg. martha white cotton picking cornbread mix (6 oz. each), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
