Haystacks
Haystacks is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. butterscotch chips, 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 can shoestring potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler; stir occasionally until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans and potatoes until both are coated with butterscotch mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Will take 20 to 30 minutes to set.
